Owen Hart was supposed to challenge The Godfather for the WWF Intercontinental Championship on the night that he passed. Owen tragically fell to his death in one of the saddest moments in WWE history. He was only 34 years old.

Kurt Angle defeated Shawn Stasiak in his in-ring debut at Survivor Series 1999. The match went for just over 5 minutes. Kurt would go on to have an incredible career in WWE. This includes becoming a multiple-time WWE Champion and being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

Triple H was not in the ring for Stone Cold’s legendary beer bath. Vince McMahon, Shane McMahon, and The Rock were the ones who were on the wrong end of the beer bath. This is considered by many as one of the best moments in the history of Monday Night RAW. Certainly, it was one of the most memorable.

Wrestlemania XV took place at the First Union Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This was the first time that Wrestlemania was held in Philadelphia. Big Show made his debut at St. Valentine’s Day Massacre. This was during the Steel Cage match between Stone Cold Steve Austin and Mr. McMahon. The Big Show has gone on to have a pretty incredible career in WWE. This includes multiple Title reigns and great moments.
8) Who Did The Undertaker Defeat At Wrestlemania XV (1999)?
The Undertaker defeated Big Boss Man at Wrestlemania XV. This was a Hell in a Cell match. At the time, this was The Undertaker’s fourth Hell in a Cell match. It was the Deadman’s first Hell in a Cell match to ever take place at Wrestlemania. He did it two more times, against Triple H at WrestleMania XXVIII and Shane McMahon at WrestleMania 32.

Mr. McMahon defeated Triple H to win the WWF Championship on the September 16th, 1999 episode of Smackdown. This was the only WWF/WWE Title win of Vince’s career. Vince vacated the Title after only 4 days.

Jeff Hardy and Matt Hardy defeated Edge & Christian In The First-Ever Tag Team Ladder Match at No Mercy 1999. This was for the managerial services of Terri Runnels and $100,000. This was one of the matches that put the Hardy’s, Edge, and Christian on the map. All four went on to put on many more great matches with one another.
